Player Ranks Empty Player Ranks

I was thinking that the players should get ranks for how long they have played on the server. For example every four hours you get a new rank and a reward. It would give the players something to look forward to.

Guys i think that this is a good idea because people would like to stay on the server for longer and will hopefully get more people onto the server
