Promotion Application

This application format is used for when you have received at least the rank of 'trusted' or 'donator'.
When you have been given this rank you may apply to be promoted to the rank of 'operator' which has many more moderation commands.
Once you have the rank of 'operator' you can apply for 'trial admin' which has pretty much all of the commands an 'admin' has, with an exception of a few.
To get the rank of 'admin', you must have 'trial admin' for a specific amount of time (enough to be judged by the owners). Once the owners have decided whether you have proved yourself you will be given 'admin'.
Once you are 'admin' that is pretty much the end of the line for promotions. Some admins will be given a chance at 'superadmin', although this is very unlikely and only the best are chosen for this.
